How To Book

Please telephone us on 00 353 1 2886634 and we will be delighted to discuss your holiday requirements. We will be able to provide details of availability, discuss any individual requests you may have and provide a personal quotation which gives a detailed costing of the week.

To Secure Your Booking

If you wish to confirm your booking, we will send you a Chalet Rental Agreement, which outlines what is included in the cost of the chalet, and an invoice for the 25% deposit. Having read and agreed with our booking conditions, please sign your Chalet Rental Agreement and return it to us with the required 25% deposit.

If the signed Chalet Rental Agreement is being sent to us without payment or proof of transfer of funds, your credit card details must be noted on the signed quotation to allow us to continue to hold the reservation for you. By providing these details, you confirm your agreement to authorise us to debit your card for the full amount due at the close of business 7 days after receipt of your signed Chalet Rental Agreement, should we not have received payment by this time.

For your convenience, your Chalet Rental Agreement can be returned by fax on +353 1 2886827.
Final payment is required 56 days before departure. Full payment is required if booking within this time.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your signed Chalet Rental Agreement and necessary payment we will issue a confirmation receipt and it is only at this stage that your booking is confirmed. Please do not book flights until this has been received. Please check your confirmation receipt carefully and inform us within 10 days should changes need to be made.

Payment

Payment before your holiday is accepted in most currencies by bank transfer (net of charges), cheque or credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All credit card payments, excluding payment for the holiday deposit, incur a surcharge of 2%, no charges are levied on debit card payments.

Please make cheques payable to Elysian Collection.

For non-UK cheques, bank transfers or payment in currencies other than £ Sterling, please contact us for bank details and the applicable exchange rate.

In-resort payment: Cash payments are accepted in local currency only. Cheques will be accepted in either local currency or £ Sterling. Visa and Mastercard payments will be processed in £ Sterling only (using the purchase exchange rate of the day). The vast majority of services we supply in-resort are passed on to you at cost, with no handling fee.

Booking through an Agent

Please send your signed paperwork and all payments to your agent through whom all correspondence will be sent. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly for any information.
